Rodolfo Elizondo

Rodolfo Elizondo is an associate in the RRQB Litigation practice, focusing on civil and commercial litigation. He has six years of experience representing individuals and corporations before courts and tribunals, participating in all stages of proceedings, from strategy design to the enforcement of judgments.

His practice combines litigation with preventive counseling: he has drafted and filed lawsuits, responses, and appeals, and has negotiated and structured settlements and agreements that reduce time, costs, and risks for his clients. He has coordinated and supervised interns and junior staff, and complements his training with courses on amparo proceedings, alternative dispute resolution, and the enforcement of commercial guarantees. He holds a law degree from the Universidad de Monterrey and is fluent in Spanish and English.
