Luis Morales

Luis Eugenio Morales López is a junior associate and part of RRQB's Litigation practice, focusing on civil, commercial, administrative, labor, and immigration litigation. He has extensive experience drafting pleadings, complaints, and appeals, and handling proceedings before courts and tribunals in Monterrey, Mexico City, and other jurisdictions in Mexico and the United States, including indirect and direct amparo proceedings and domestic and international arbitration.

His career combines experience at global firms with institutional legal consulting projects, as well as experience in humanitarian immigration litigation before U.S. authorities, which has strengthened his command of legal English and his ability to manage bilingual, high-complexity matters. He graduated with Honorable Mention from the Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey.
