Francisco Romero is a founding partner of RRQB and focuses his practice in the Corporate area, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, strategic real estate transactions, corporate restructuring and corporate governance. He has more than 30 years of experience advising national and international companies on complex transactions and high-impact legal projects for the operation and growth of their businesses.

His career combines private practice with executive positions in multinational corporations in Mexico and the United States. This experience allows him to approach corporate matters from a legal and business perspective, with special attention to the structure, continuity and decision-making of private companies.
