Fernando González is a partner at RRQB and a leader in the labor practice, with a focus on employment and social security. He has more than 20 years of experience advising and representing employers exclusively, including national and international corporations in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, maquilador, information technology, pharmaceuticals and retail.

His practice is distinguished by a strategic and preventive vision in labor matters, including litigation, union negotiations and corporate restructuring resulting from legal reforms. From this area, she supports companies in making decisions that directly affect their operation, continuity and management of occupational risks.
